Add the beaten egg whites into the flour batter in 3 batches, stir evenly, and use a cutting method to prevent the egg whites from defoaming

Add the mixed batter into the mold, fill it half full first, and add chocolate beans

Then add 90% full and sprinkle some chocolate beans for decoration

Preheat the oven to 160°C, bake for about 15 minutes on the upper and lower heat, and bake on the lower heat for 10 minutes. Pay attention to adjust the time according to the degree of cake
