Sponge layer cake
Overview
I forgot when I bought the apples at home. They were originally crisp, sweet and juicy apples, but after being stored for a long time, they became mushy. I originally planned to throw them away, but it was a pity to throw them away, so I made apple jam. The prepared jam was sandwiched in a small cake and baked. The taste was really great. The soft sponge and sweet and sour apples were really delicious when you took a bite!
