Sautéed Bamboo Shoots with Sausage
Overview
A few days ago, when my family was building a house, my mother killed a pig to entertain the builders who came to build the house. She also made sausages. She raised pigs at home. She felt happy when eating the homemade sausages made by her mother. The sausage can be cooked and sliced as a side dish for guests, or it can be stir-fried with vegetables, which not only tastes extraordinary but is also healthier!
