Slippery seaweed

Overview

Seaweed is rich in nutrients. In addition to ordinary soups, it can also be used to cook over low heat. This kind of seaweed is very tender and smooth, and it is easy to make. If you add oysters, it will be even more delicious.

  4. Wash the seaweed with buffered water to wash away the dust. (Just run it through water, don’t soak it. This is no-rinse seaweed for wet heads, but I’m used to rinsing it)
