Stir-fried pork slices with cabbage
Overview
Cabbage, also called cabbage and cabbage, is rich in nutrients and delicious. Many people like hand-shredded cabbage, which is great for serving with rice. However, there is a kid who doesn’t like slices, so I cut it into shreds and it tastes just as delicious when fried and served with rice. Use a knife to cut everything, it’s faster, a quick dish for lazy people.

Steps
-
Cut the cabbage into shreds, soak in salt water and then clean. Then cut the meat into slices (the picture of cutting the meat is omitted, I took a photo and didn’t save it).
-
Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the ginger, garlic and onions until fragrant. (If you like it spicier, you can add black bean and dried pepper in this step)
-
Add the meat slices and stir-fry.
-
Fry until the meat changes color, add a little cooking wine and vinegar.
-
Remove the fried meat slices. Add less cabbage and stir fry.
-
When the cabbage is soft, add the meat slices and stir-fry.
-
Add tempeh and a little dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
-
Stir-fry the cabbage, add salt and green onion leaves, stir-fry well and serve.
