Seaweed and Luffa Soup
Overview
I found that loofah goes well with seafood. It tastes delicious no matter how you grill it or stir-fry it.

Peel the loofah, cut into hob pieces, and soak in light salt water for a while.

Put oil in the pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add loofah and stir-fry briefly.

Add appropriate amount of water, shrimp and salt.

After boiling, add no-rinse seaweed.

When the loofah is cooked and tender, turn off the heat and add pepper.

Season with sesame oil and serve.
