Overview
A simple and easy-to-make stir-fried water spinach. During the rapid stir-frying, the water spinach retains its original flavor, and the mushrooms and oyster sauce make the dish delicious.

Ingredients: water spinach, mushrooms, garlic, red pepper.

Slice the mushrooms, cut the red pepper into small pieces, mince the garlic, cut the water spinach into sections, and separate the leaves and stems.

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add mushroom slices and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn on high heat.

Add water spinach stalks and stir-fry.

When the vegetable stems are almost ripe, add water spinach leaves and stir-fry.

Add salt to taste, add red pepper and chicken essence and mix well before serving.
