[Home-style egg-filled pancakes] with a high success rate

Overview

You may not have time to have breakfast in the busy morning. Make a few egg-filled pancakes the night before and put them in a plastic bag. The next morning, put them in the microwave for a minute and take them away to eat on the road. The ones at home are always more hygienic and safer than outside!

  1. I used about 400g of flour and about 5 small cups

  2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes

  3. Divide the dough into several small balls according to how many cakes you want, and roll the dough into a long round shape

  4. Apply oil on the long side and fold it in half and roll it up (punch the opening up)

  5. Flatten and roll into a round cake shape

  6. Beat two eggs and fill them into the cake

  7. Once one side is done, turn it over

  8. When it bulges up, you can break it and pour the eggs into it

  9. Flip over and cook until the eggs are cooked

  10. Wash the lettuce and wrap it in the pancake. You can spread your favorite sauce on the pancake
