I personally peel the fresh mushrooms because my children don’t like the smell of the mushrooms.

Then wash and cut the onions, ginger and garlic, and slice the meat into slices, as shown in the picture

Add oil to the hot pot, add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add the meat slices, add fresh mushrooms after the meat slices change color, and then add light soy sauce and soybean paste. My taste is bland, so I don’t add salt. If you find it too bland, you can add a little salt yourself, because the sauce itself is very salty. Finally, add the green onions, stir-fry twice and it is ready to serve.
