Overview
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional festival in China; Chinese people regard this festival as much as the annual Spring Festival. Reunion and lively families from all over the world gathered together to express their love for each other. It is inevitable to have a reunion dinner. Chestnuts are the seasonal ingredient of this season. Chestnut roasted chicken wings are also an essential dish on the Mid-Autumn Festival table.

Prepare 300 grams of chicken wings and 200 grams of chestnuts, washed and set aside.
