Clam mixed with green onions
Overview
Together with leeks, scallions, and spring onions, clams can be fried, mixed, or boiled... I personally think they taste better together with scallions and spring onions. Mix it up a little today.

Wash the hairy cockles and soak them in water.

Put cold water in a pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and cooking wine, and bring to a boil.

The clams were cooked as soon as you opened them. For safety reasons, I boiled them for a while, then removed them and drained them.

Remove the clam meat and rinse twice with cold boiled water.
