Blackcurrant bread
Overview
Nowadays, I really like to use a bread machine to make bread directly. It is really convenient and labor-saving. This time I added black currant, which still advocates low oil and sugar. The texture is delicate and especially soft, which is really good.

Put the egg liquid and milk into the bread bucket

Put flour, salt and sugar in the diagonal corners, yeast in the middle, cover with flour

Start 1 European style/soft, 500g medium color, start working

When the dough is finished and resting, add butter
