Prepare a pork belly and a chicken

Wash the chicken and pork belly. Rub the pork belly with white wine, flour and salt. Wash it three times to remove the mucus on the pork belly, otherwise the soup will taste like pig feces.

Stuff the chicken into the pig belly and tie the opening with cotton rope,

Add ginger slices, water and auxiliary ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about an hour and a half

When the soup is almost ready, add red dates and wolfberry, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 10 minutes,
