Five-fruit duck
Overview
Five-fruit duck rolls, the crust is made of steamed pancake made by myself, which is very thin; the sauce is made with teriyaki sauce made by myself.

Prepare duck legs,

Wash the vegetables and shred them, squeeze the juice from one lemon, and cook the sweet corn kernels;

Remove the bones from the duck legs, wash them, and marinate them with salt, white wine, and teriyaki sauce for about an hour;

Put the marinated duck legs into a plate and sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Heat the pan over high heat, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, add the duck meat and fry it on both sides, it will be very fast;

Place the duck meat in a baking pan, add shredded onions, pour lemon juice, and top with teriyaki sauce;

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, steam baking mode, and bake on the middle rack for 5 minutes;

Let the roasted duck cool slightly and then slice into slices;

Take the steamed pancake and add duck meat, green and red pepper shreds, onion shreds, and sweet corn kernels, roll it up like a spring roll, apply a little egg wash on the sealing area, put it in a baking pan, and brush the surface of the roll with egg wash;
