Spicy Fatty Sausage Noodles
Overview
My kids and I can't eat too spicy food, so we added a little red oil from the hot pot base. The soup didn't look red enough, but it still tasted spicy, which was just right for our parents. If you can eat spicy food, use more red oil to make it look better.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Take a little red oil and put it in the pot.

Add ingredients other than green vegetables and stir-fry.

Fry the cabbage until it changes colour, add salt.

Fry evenly and add light soy sauce.

Stir well and add purified water.

Boil for 10 minutes and add MSG.

Boil water in a pot and add noodles.

Disperse.

Bring to a boil.

Put the cabbage at the bottom of the bowl.

Put noodles.

Put green vegetables in the hot soup and blanch until they change color.

Pour hot soup and fat sausage over it.
