Beef Tendon Stewed with Potatoes
Overview
It’s the same beef. There is some beef tendon in the bag. I especially like beef tendon because it is very chewy and tastes like chewing gum~ But beef is not easy to soften, let alone beef tendon, so this time I used the method of stewing over slow fire for a long time, and then added it with potatoes and green peppers and stir-fried it for a while. It was perfect for rice!
