Overview

Thinking of the glutinous rice balls in the past, although they were delicious, they were rarely made because they required a frying pan. I recently bought an air fryer and wanted to try it out:)

  1. Use a cup of rice cooker, 1 cup each of glutinous rice and rice. Just put the water to about 1.7 mark. The rice should be cooked hard and let cool

  2. 100g minced meat with fat

  3. Chop 80 grams of shallots into fine pieces and 30 grams of ginger into fine pieces

  4. Prepare 5 eggs

  5. Stir the above ingredients, add salt and a small amount of soy sauce. If the rice is too hard or soft, increase or decrease the number of eggs. Leave for 15 minutes until the egg liquid is absorbed by the rice.

  6. Dip a small spoon into water and form into balls, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to set

  7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, place the frying cage, spray a little olive oil, "fry" for 5 minutes, turn over and "fry" for another 5 minutes (you can also make them into meatballs, no need to refrigerate, put them in the pan directly)
