Peanut Stewed Pork Trotters
Overview
This is my favorite dish. I don’t like pig’s trotters here. I only like peanuts. I’ve never forgotten this dish since I ate it at my sister’s house. This time I made it myself, and I didn’t expect it tasted so good. My husband specializes in pig’s trotters, and I only love peanuts. If we work together, we can cook it in one meal. It’s really delicious.

Wash and prepare all the ingredients. Soak the peanuts in water in advance and then drain
