Fatty Sheep Sliced Noodles
Overview
I love eating the fat lamb slices when I eat hot pot. I left some of it after I didn’t finish the hot pot last time. This time I used it to cook rice noodles for a quick and easy lunch.

Prepare the ingredients, wash the fat lamb slices, beef tendon balls, and cut the cabbage into long strips.

Boil the water in the pot, add the beef tendon balls and cook for five minutes, then add the rice noodles into the pot.

Put the cabbage into the pot.

Cover the pot and cook over high heat. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for another six minutes.

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil.

Add appropriate amount of salt and put it into the pot.

After the vegetables and rice noodles in the pot are cooked, put the lamb slices into the pot.

Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce and turn off the heat when the lamb slices are cooked.
