Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Shrimp and Okra

Eating okra has become very popular in recent years. It is not known how much okra should be eaten in a day, a week, a month, a year or even a lifetime to achieve beneficial health effects. On the other hand, okra is easy to prepare and is perfect as a breakfast side dish.

Dried white beans cut into strips

Mix the shrimps with cooking wine, a little salt, starch and a little ginger powder

Blanch okra in water for a few minutes
