Cornmeal and Red Bean Hair Cake
Overview
When I was a child, I ate whole grain cakes and steamed buns almost every day. There is a limit on fine grains. This guy is very happy to eat a rice steamed bun. It’s different now. It’s advocated to eat whole grains, which are nutritious and contain a lot of fiber. Coarse grains are more expensive than white flour rice. Cornmeal is very delicious when made into steamed cakes, and adding some red beans makes it even better!
