Every time I make wontons, there will be a little bit of wonton wrapper left over, and it’s troublesome to make fillings. I will use it up in a different way. This time I added chopped green onion and made a thousand-layer pancake. The texture is super delicious.

  6. Then close the other wonton wrapper, brush it repeatedly with egg wash and chopped green onion. I stacked it in 5 layers in total

  7. Finally, use a rolling pin to gently roll it out so that the layers are adhered
