Homemade meatballs
Overview
When I was a kid, I really missed my mom’s fried meatballs. When I grow up, I am worried that my children will eat too much fried food, which will be bad for their health. Now with the air fryer, all problems are solved. This is a very, very simple dish. My kids can eat quite a few.

Beat the pork into minced meat, add salt and cooking wine. Light soy sauce and oyster sauce, marinate for 15 minutes.

Add a little bit of corn starch and beat the meat filling vigorously. Beat the meat to loosen it.

Form into meatballs and place in the air fryer at 160° for 12 minutes each.

Add the meatballs and lettuce, which are already cooked, so just fry them briefly.
