Chicken cartilage
Overview
Ordinary chicken cartilage is mostly made from chicken breast bones, and sometimes knee cartilage. Chicken cartilage actually has a bit of meat. When you chew it carefully in your mouth, you can feel that the cartilage has a flavor that is different from chicken and has a little bit of meat. Add some cumin powder, it’s especially fragrant!
