  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

  2. Boil the diced tofu in water to remove the beany smell.

  3. Dice carrots and young ginger, and prepare on a plate with boiled diced tofu.

  4. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, then add the minced beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the various diced pieces and stir-fry until cooked.

  5. Put two tablespoons of sweet potato gravy powder in a small bowl, add appropriate amount of water, stir evenly, and prepare to thicken the tofu.

  6. Pour the water from the gravy powder into the diced tofu and beef three times to thicken the gravy, divided into three times!

  7. After thickening the soup, stir-fry it and garnish with sesame seeds.
