Overview
I bought a big grass carp and thought of eating pickled fish as a treat for my family. I wanted to eat more fish fillets, so I came here to eat one fish and two. The fish fillets and fish heads were made into pickled fish, and the fish bones were used to fry the crispy fish pieces. It is also a relatively simple fish with crispy bamboo shoots and pickled vegetables. It is a good appetizer and even the soup is so delicious.
