I have wanted to make scones for a long time. When I first bought the oven, I put it on the must-make menu, but I kept putting it off for a whole year. School is about to start, and I finally put an end to this worry in my heart~O(∩_∩)Ohaha~

Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder.

Add sugar and frozen butter.

Gently roll it into corn kernels with your hands.

Add whole egg mixture and milk.

Slowly knead into dough.

Wash the raisins and put them into the dough together with the black sesame seeds.

After kneading evenly, place it in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and roll it into a thickness of 1cm.

Cut into triangles.

Brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After baking, you can simmer it for a while.

Take it out and let it cool slightly.

Serve with jam.
