Fat-adjusting black rice and yam paste
Overview
When we proceed to the eighth recipe of ten whole grains, we find a pattern: jujubes must be present, although not many; yams are almost must be present, except for one; barley, poria, and black rice are seen in rotation. I just don’t know why these different but similar combinations have different effects? Why do black rice, yam, barley and tuckahoe have the effect of regulating blood lipids? If you have any doubts, you don’t need to answer them. The darkness over the past few days doesn't look much different, but the content is quite different. . . .
