Noodles with mixed sauce that you will never get tired of eating

I usually eat a bowl, but I have to take a bowl to eat this haha😄. I went to a small restaurant several times in the past few years, and then I made the food according to my own memory. The key is that it is really delicious, but then I got out of control. Whenever I want to eat noodles, I am craving for miscellaneous sauce noodles. The noodles are cooked and passed through water (cold water in summer, hot water in winter, you can do whatever you want in spring and autumn (#-.-)). Soak the noodles in the water first, and then take them out in the last step.

Cut the cucumber into shreds.

Appropriate amount of coriander, you can leave it out if you don’t like it.

Crack 3 eggs (I made enough for two adults) and no seasoning is needed.

You can use a little more oil than usual. After frying the eggs, add a bowl of water (you can add more water and it will be absorbed after a while).

Add the Xiangqi sauce and beat the eggs a little.

If the water is low, add some more. You don’t have to cook it for too long. You can turn off the heat when the eggs are broken. Please refer to the picture below for the amount of water.
