Pork belly, carrots, Chinese cabbage

The fern root powder I bought

Chop the pork belly and marinate with light soy sauce and cooking wine

Brush the carrots into shreds and cut the cabbage into thick shreds (my son likes to cut the stems and leaves lengthwise)

Boil the fern roots in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until soft and without hard core

Drain and cool in cold water

Sauté onions and ginger in hot oil

Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color

Stir-fry shredded carrots

Cabbage

Stir-fry vegetables until soft and add salt, spicy sauce and chicken essence

Add cooled fern root powder and stir-fry

Turn off the heat, add the pre-made sour vinegar sauce (mature vinegar, sugar, a little light soy sauce), mix well, put on a plate, and garnish with coriander. It tastes good...like it myself
