Overview
There were some enoki mushrooms in the refrigerator that would go bad if I didn’t eat them, so my husband asked me to roast them

Wash the enoki mushrooms, drain them and set aside

Sprinkle minced onions and millet peppers on the enoki mushrooms

Bean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar to make juice

Sprinkle ground peanuts and white sesame seeds (optional) on the enoki mushrooms and then sprinkle the prepared juice evenly on top

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the middle and lower layers for about 15 minutes!
