Clean saury and knife it

Add scallions, ginger slices, soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant

Add saury and fry for three minutes until golden brown on one side, then turn over

Add chopped green onion and red pepper rings and stir-fry evenly

Sprinkle with cumin powder, five-spice powder and white sesame seeds
