Remove the old stems of the leaves from Artemisia vulgaris, cut them into small pieces and wash them clean.

Chop garlic into fine pieces, mix with light soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and MSG into juice.

Boil the water in the pot, add salt, add the mud mugwort and blanch it briefly.
