King Crab Salad
Overview
I bought a king crab online. I am addicted to it and can use it to make a few new dishes, haha! The crab is very fresh and sweet. I have made several different types of dishes with it, so stay tuned!

Thaw the king crab bought online and steam it thoroughly;

You can remove the crab legs when they are not hot. Use kitchen shears to help remove the crab sticks; if you do not have scissors, you can use a kitchen knife to crack them open and take them out.

It's a big one. The king crabs from Baxian.com are big and plump. I only took four of them and used the rest for other dishes, haha.

At this time, wash the water radish, cut it into thin slices and set aside; we call it water radish in the north, but I don’t know what it is called in the south. It’s not spicy, sweet, haha

Clean the lettuce and drain the water and set aside;

Wash purple cabbage and cut into appropriate sizes;

Put all three vegetables processed previously into a plate;

Prepare the sauce, grind out the ginger juice and minced ginger, then add a little salt, a little light soy sauce, a little red wine vinegar and fine sugar, add freshly ground black pepper and olive oil, mix well;
