  1. Wash the small pieces of mutton two or three times with water

  2. Heat cold water to form foam. After boiling, take it out and pour cold water over it several times to remove the foam attached to the meat

  3. Cut the white radish into pieces. The pieces I cut are a bit big. If the stewing time is short, you can cut them into smaller pieces

  4. Add some green onions

  5. Jujube adds a bit of umami

  6. The same goes for corn kernels. You can also use them in sections, but they need to be simmered longer

  7. Carrots are delicious too

  8. It's a bit like stewing, but it tastes pretty good! If you don’t mind, you can give it a try!

  9. Remember to add salt!
