Salmon Pocket Sandwich
Overview
I was lucky enough to get a trial of the Kewpie series of products. For this trial, a pocket sandwich mold was thoughtfully given as a gift. I really like this mold, it can make the sandwiches cuter and more beautiful. Today, I used Kewpie black pepper flavored salad dressing to season the salmon, because the black pepper flavor goes well with salmon, and then used a mold to make it into a pocket shape. My big boy also wanted to eat it after eating it.

The European-style soft toast I made is super soft, especially suitable for pocket sandwiches. Slice the toast

Take a piece of toast, put the salmon filling in the middle and cover it with a piece of toast

Stack the toast molds together like this. The white shell is used to trim the edges, while the yellow one inside is mainly used to tighten the edges.

Put it on the folded toast and press it down.

Remove the cut sides and a pocket sandwich is ready.
