Cut the potatoes into strips, the eggplant into strips, the meat into shreds, and the tomatoes into small pieces.

Put the fat into the pot first. My fat is not too much, so I added a little more pork suet. Low fire consumes fuel.

After the oil comes out, add the red meat and stir-fry until it changes color, add the green onion and continue to stir-fry.

When the onions are fragrant, add the beans and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the beans until they turn green, add the eggplant and continue to stir-fry.

When the eggplant becomes soft, add the potatoes and continue to stir-fry

Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry.

Add bean paste, sugar, and salt and continue to stir-fry.

Stir well and then add water. There should be a little more water because the vermicelli needs to be added and the vermicelli absorbs water.

Cover the vermicelli on the top and do not flip it. If the vermicelli is flipped to the bottom, it will burn in the pot.

Cover and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. I don't like soup, so I boil it dryer. If I prefer soup, I boil it for a little less time. Turn off the heat and mix well.
