Steps

  1. Raw materials

    Chowder step 1
  2. Cut the potatoes into strips, the eggplant into strips, the meat into shreds, and the tomatoes into small pieces.

    Chowder step 2
  3. Potato flour noodles are made into vermicelli, and the recipe will be uploaded later.

    Chowder step 3
  4. Put the fat into the pot first. My fat is not too much, so I added a little more pork suet. Low fire consumes fuel.

    Chowder step 4
  5. After the oil comes out, add the red meat and stir-fry until it changes color, add the green onion and continue to stir-fry.

    Chowder step 5
  6. When the onions are fragrant, add the beans and stir-fry.

    Chowder step 6
  7. Stir-fry the beans until they turn green, add the eggplant and continue to stir-fry.

    Chowder step 7
  8. When the eggplant becomes soft, add the potatoes and continue to stir-fry

    Chowder step 8
  9. Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry.

    Chowder step 9
  10. Add bean paste, sugar, and salt and continue to stir-fry.

    Chowder step 10
  11. Stir well and then add water. There should be a little more water because the vermicelli needs to be added and the vermicelli absorbs water.

    Chowder step 11
  12. Cover the vermicelli on the top and do not flip it. If the vermicelli is flipped to the bottom, it will burn in the pot.

    Chowder step 12
  13. Cover and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. I don't like soup, so I boil it dryer. If I prefer soup, I boil it for a little less time. Turn off the heat and mix well.

    Chowder step 13
  14. Finished product.
