Cut the smoked dried beans into strips, wash the leeks and cut into sections and shred the pork, mix well with dark soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate.

Prepare about ten peppercorns, a spoonful of tempeh, and 2 cloves of garlic, sliced into slices.
