  3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the green onions and seasonings, stir fry until fragrant and then add the haggis! After frying for 3 minutes, add the chili pepper and garlic, stir-fry for another 2 minutes, add vinegar and soy sauce, and finally add salt and stir-fry for a minute before serving!
