Wash the fresh mushrooms, slice them with a diagonal knife and set aside.

Wash the small rapeseed, put it into a pot of boiling water, add a little salt and a few drops of oil and blanch until it tastes delicious.

Arrange the blanched rapeseed on a plate and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry. Add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and a little sugar. (Because oyster sauce itself has a salty taste, I did not add salt to this dish).

After boiling, pour in the starch water and cook until the mushroom slices become soft. When cooked, add sesame oil and serve.

Place the fried mushroom slices in the center of the rapeseed. Sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds.
