Overview
Waffles are a type of cake, usually made with baking powder or baking soda. However, in my philosophy, I can avoid using food additives as much as possible. Today I will use whipped egg white as the foaming agent. The effect of the finished product is much better than using baking powder. Small in size and sweet and soft in texture, it is very popular among children and the elderly. Enjoy this wonderful breakfast with fruit, milk and nuts.

Cut the banana into sections, add milk and salt and place in a food processor.

An egg separates the egg white and yolk.

Put the egg yolks into the banana milk from step 1.

Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice and grind the mixture into a paste in a food processor.

Pour the beaten batter into a deep bowl, sift in the flour, and mix evenly to obtain a banana flour milk paste.

Use an electric egg beater to beat the eggs into stiff peaks. Lift the egg beater to pull out firm peaks.

Fold the whipped egg whites and banana batter in step 5 evenly in batches.

Use a spoon to scoop the batter into a non-stick pan. For a beautiful shape, you can also put it into a piping bag and pipe the batter into the pan.

Fry slowly over low heat until some bubbles appear on the surface, then flip over. Flip over and fry for a while before serving. Sift in powdered sugar and garnish with fruits and nuts.
