  1. Use the oil method to knead out the glove film and ferment for the first time until it is 2.5 times its original size.

  2. Exhaust.

  3. Divide into three equal parts, wait for 5 minutes and roll into tongue shape.

  4. Roll it up from top to bottom and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Rotate 90 degrees and roll into a tongue shape again.

  6. Roll up.

  7. Place into a non-stick mold and ferment for a second time until 8 minutes full.

  8. On the second to last level of the oven, heat the air at 185 degrees for about 35 minutes.
