Prepare the ingredients, wash and cut the enoki mushrooms, silver sprouts and lettuce

Put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry over high heat

Add silver sprouts and fry together

Add the lettuce and some red pepper rings and stir-fry together. You can add a little water (fry for about 2 minutes)

Add half a teaspoon of salt and a little sugar to taste, add a little cornstarch water to thicken the sauce

After frying, put it on the plate
