Remove the fish head and guts. After washing, cut several times crosswise without cutting. It's both sides.

Spread salt, pepper and a little cooking oil evenly and marinate for 15 minutes. Coat with another layer of starch.

Put in the oil pan and fry over medium heat. Do not stir too much, shake the wok to avoid sticking. Fry both sides until golden brown.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion. Done!
