Ingredients
Steps
-
Add ground beef to minced onion and ginger, salt, chicken essence, fresh soy sauce, and water and stir well.
-
Water can be added in batches. Beef is very absorbent, so you can add more. The fillings in many pot sticker restaurants are in a semi-liquid state, which is why the pot stickers are so juicy.
-
Boil the flour with boiling water, knead it evenly and add the ingredients into the strips, roll it into a round dough and add the stuffing center.
-
Wrap into an elongated crescent shape. The elongated shape allows the pot stickers to mature quickly.
-
Heat a pan, pour in a little rapeseed oil, put the pot stickers in and fry for a while.
-
Pour in water to cover more than half of the pot stickers, cover the pot, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
-
When the water has almost evaporated, open the lid of the pot, pour in a little more oil and fry for a while.
-
Pan-fried pot stickers, crispy and juicy.
