Fried chicken nuggets (chicken legs chopped into small pieces and fried).

Wash the fresh Cordyceps flowers and set aside.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and dry red pepper until fragrant.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, salt, white pepper, and light soy sauce to taste.

Pour in the chicken pieces.

Bring to a boil.
