Rock sugar lotus leaf porridge
Overview
Lotus leaves are mild in nature and have the effects of clearing away heat, relieving summer heat, and losing weight. I used dried lotus leaves for this rock sugar lotus leaf porridge. Although it is not as fresh as the porridge made with lotus leaves in the past, it is still very fragrant. Now is the time when fresh lotus leaves are available, so it is not easy to make tea or cook porridge.
