A birthday cake made for a little friend. It has a 6-inch chiffon cake base. It does not add any coloring or additives. It only uses the simplest materials and basic decoration. It is suitable for novices.

Follow the method of eight-inch chiffon cake, and reduce the amount by half to make a six-inch chiffon cake. Leave to cool and unmold.

While the cake is cooling, cut the canned yellow peaches into pieces and drain the water.

Add light cream to caster sugar and whip until frosted. Beat at low speed to avoid over-beating and separation of water and oil. Obvious patterns appear and it is in a stagnant state.

Divide the cake into two layers horizontally, spread a layer of cream evenly on the bottom layer, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of yellow peach cake.

Spread cream on the yellow peach pieces and smooth it out. Cover with another cake slice and smooth the surface and sides with butter.
