Cod with Pistachio Crumb
Overview
The pistachio-crusted cod is Tina’s own private recipe. Different from the simple and classic pan-fried cod, this cod is added with nuts and various spices, which is a clever fusion of Eastern and Western cooking. The cooked cod is extremely tender and will break into pieces very easily, so you have to be extremely gentle when picking it up. Before it even enters the mouth, the tangy freshness fills the mouth, tempting people to impatiently taste the fragrance. The crispy chopped pistachios bring a unique embellishment, both in terms of texture and taste. One bite to appetize, another bite to make you happy.

Peel the cod, cut the green onions into sections, and chop the other ingredients. Crush the pistachios, add a little olive oil, cracked black pepper, and stir evenly.
