Spinach with Nuts
Overview
This nut spinach dish was made by myself based on my husband’s and my own tastes, but it tastes very good! It is also one of my favorite dishes, and my husband and I both like to eat it. Every time I make this dish and smell the aroma of garlic mixed with the ingredients, I want to drool. Spinach and peanuts are both excellent blood supplements, and eating them regularly is beneficial!

Select the spinach, wash it, blanch it in a pot of boiling water, take out the blanched spinach, rinse it in cold water, and squeeze out the excess water

Beat the garlic, chop it finely, put it into the prepared spinach basin, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of thirteen spices, and pour in some sesame oil

Heat oil and fry peanuts. Just before serving, add dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant

Pour the fried peanuts etc. on top of the spinach while it's hot, cover the minced garlic as much as possible, and sprinkle with salt. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce after 1 minute, mix well and serve on a plate.
